If we are a good fit for each other, and the property is a good fit for our traveling clients, we will sign the lease agreement and begin monthly payments the same as a normal tenant.

We furnish the property to the standards that our traveling clients expect. We will maintain the property, and you won't hear from us unless there is a major issue that needs to be resolved.
